MLA Speaks Out on Stormwater Regulations

The MLA has offered comments regarding the development of new Department of Environmental Protection regulations governing stormwater runoff. These regulations, if implemented as currently written, could cost large hotels and resorts millions in retrofitting and upgrade costs associated with roof work, parking lot maintenance and other construction or repair projects.
