The MLA’s Government Affairs Committee is reminding MLA property-owners of recently enacted regulations governing pool draining systems and covers. The Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act, which went into effect on December 19, 2008, is applicable for both new and existing pools.
